Bruce Batchelor

Bruce Batchelor received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill with a BA in Political Science. Mr. Batchelor received his law degree from Campbell University School of Law in May of 1990. Mr. Batchelor was both published in and the managing editor at the Campbell Law Review. Mr. Batchelor was elected each year by his class to the Student Bar Association. Mr. Batchelor is a member of the California Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association.

Mr. Batchelor joined MBM in 1998. Mr. Batchelor is responsible for representing both employers and insurance carriers in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation including conferences, deposition, medical cross-examinations, pre-trial motions, trials, petitions for reconsideration, 132(a) and Serious and Willful litigation.

Among several different client’s Mr. Batchelor’s practice focuses on entertainment companies that provide a unique set of litigation challenges often with multiple defendants. Mr. Batchelor uses his extensive experience in this area to provide an aggressive and effective litigation strategy.

Mr. Batchelor was an associate with Stanley Z. White and Associates from 1991 until joining MBM, practicing in both civil litigation and workers’ compensation.
